This site is my attempt to condense my web presence to platforms which I maintain as much control over as possible. As such, this site collects no data about your location, your device, or any other particulars. I also don’t bloat it with unnecessary Javascript or cookies, and have no plans to do so in the future. My vision for this site is to recreate the websites of the early 2000s, which, although a bit amateur in presentation, came with a personal touch that is missing from the internet today.
The name of this site comes from the powder towers in medieval European towns, where gunpowder was stored. The most famous of which today is in Prague.
